Logo Design Contract
DESIGN: MV Market can create a design for you from scratch or if you have one already we can customize it or we can use your design. We Specialize in Graphic Designing and we will keep you updated while we create your design to verify if you like the colors and the design itself. We ask that you please reply to us in a timely manner as to not delay your design or your products.
TIMELINE: We ask for about 2 weeks notice for your designs and products to be created. (Please consider if you have large orders of 20 T-Shirts or more, that we will need more time to create your products)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Once you agree to have MV Market create a design for you, the design we create cannot be brought to someone else to create products as the designs belong to MV Market. After MV Market creates your design, and for whatever reason you decide NOT to place an order with MV Market, the design belongs to MV Market as we created the design. You cannot take this design that MV Market created, to someone else to create products for you with a design that MV Market created as you are using a design that you did not create or pay for.
DEPOSIT: If you agree to proceed with the order we ask for a 25% upfront deposit so we may begin your order. Once we receive the 25% upfront deposit we will begin production of your products. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. MV MARKET will send you a link for payment once agreement is complete.
